Chhattisgarh BJP Leader Survives Assassination Attempt by Own Security Guard in Bijapur

An incident has emerged in the Bijapur district of Chhattisgarh where a BJP leader was threatened by his own security personnel with a gun. Constable Nagesh Tinge attempted to shoot BJP leader Bilal Khan with his service rifle after entering his home. A video of the incident has also gone viral on social media. Upon learning of the situation, the constable was immediately suspended.

The incident occurred in Bhopalpatnam. According to the police, BJP leader Bilal Khan, a resident of Bhopalpatnam, was resting inside his home when his security personnel entered and attempted to shoot him with a service rifle. Another security personnel on duty quickly intervened, seized the rifle, and informed the police.

As soon as the police were informed, they arrived at the scene. The rifle was confiscated, and the incident is under investigation by the Bhopalpatnam TI. The security personnel was immediately suspended for misbehavior and acting under the influence of alcohol. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
