Chhattisgarh industrialist Anand Singhania re-elected as CREDAI Vice President

Industrialist and realtor from Chhattisgarh, Anand Singhania, has been re-elected as the vice president of Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI) for the tenure 2023-25. The election of the new executive body of CREDAI was held on the sideline of an event organised at Hotel Taj in Mumbai.
Singhania has served as the vice president of CREDAI for a period of three years from 2019 to 2021. Manoj Gaur has been elected as Chairman and Boman Irani as President of CREDAI.
CREDAI resolved that in the next 2 years, more attention will be given to Tier 2, Tier 3 cities. Special efforts will be made for the development of these cities.
The Indian Green Building Council is known for setting industry standards for sustainable development in India. CREDAI will get access to the necessary technical know-how and help better build credit developers in collaboration with the Council.
It was also said in the programme that RERA will be fully supported by CREDAI and will walk step by step with them. Boman Irani, President grade-i net null, also launched nationalization of growth which CREDAI National also launched national vision of growth. This helps unite CREDAI National and all its chapters with a common mission. Growth means green construction, reform, opportunity, women empowerment, home for all, the CREDAI resolved.
