Raipur: The Chhattisgarh government on Tuesday transferred 125 officers of the State Administrative Service as part of a major administrative reshuffle, posting them to new assignments across districts and departments.
An order issued by the General Administration Department said the officers had been transferred on administrative grounds and would be posted to their new places temporarily until further orders.
Among the senior officers transferred, Surendra Prasad Vaidya, Additional Collector, Korea, has been posted as Additional Collector, Balod, while Chandrakant Kaushik, Additional Collector, Balod, has been transferred as Additional Collector, Sarangarh-Bilaigarh. Sunil Kumar Nayak, Additional Collector, Surguja, has been posted as Additional Collector, Jashpur.
Rajesh Kumar Patre, Additional Collector, Dantewada, has been posted as Manager, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Development Authority. Rajiv Kumar Pandey, Additional Director, Higher Education Directorate, has been posted as Additional Collector, Jashpur. Arvind Kumar Pandey, Additional Chief Executive Officer, Raipur Development Authority, has been posted as Joint Director, Chhattisgarh Administration Academy.
Among other changes, Nishtha Pandey Tiwari, Additional Collector, Mungeli, has been posted as Additional Collector, Bemetara, while Pradeep Kumar Sahu, Additional Collector, Jashpur, has also been posted as Additional Collector, Bemetara. Yogita Dewangan, Additional Collector, Durg, has been transferred as Additional Collector, Korba. Chandrika Prasad Baghel, Additional Collector, Bastar, has been posted as Additional Collector, Sukma.
Anil Kumar Sidar, Additional Collector, Manendragarh-Chirmiri-Bharatpur, has been posted as Additional Collector, Balrampur-Ramanujganj, while Virendra Lakra, Additional Collector, Sakti, has been posted as Additional Collector, Narayanpur. Pratap Vijay Kumar Khess, Additional Collector, Sukma, has been transferred as Additional Collector, Surguja.
The order also assigns new responsibilities to several officers posted in the state capital and other departments. Ravi Rahi, Additional Collector, Raigarh, has been posted as Additional Commissioner, Raipur Municipal Corporation. Anupriya Mishra, Deputy Secretary, Chhattisgarh State Election Commission, has been posted as Deputy Secretary, Mantralaya. Vinayak Sharma, State Protocol Officer, has been posted as Manager, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Development Authority, while retaining additional charge as Deputy Secretary, Mineral Resources Department.
The reshuffle extends to Joint Collectors and officers in the senior and junior grades. Atul Vishwakarma, Joint Commissioner in the Land Records office, has been posted as Additional Commissioner, Raipur Municipal Corporation, while Nand Kumar Chaubey, Senior Grade officer in the Raipur Collectorate, has been posted to the Bilaspur Collectorate.
Among the Deputy Collectors, several officers have been shifted between districts. Arun Kumar Khalkho, Deputy Collector, Bilaspur, has been posted to the Collectorate in Balod; Tankeshwar Prasad Sahu, Deputy Collector, Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai, has been posted as Deputy Collector, Balod; and Rakesh Kumar Sahu, Deputy Collector, Korea, has been posted as Deputy Collector, Bijapur.
The order also includes departmental postings. Vishwas Kumar, Deputy Collector, Rajnandgaon, has been posted as Assistant Director, Sports and Youth Welfare Directorate, Raipur. Rakesh Sahu, Deputy Commissioner, Land Records, Nava Raipur, has been posted as Administrative Officer in the office of the Chief Engineer, Public Works Department.
In the latest batch of postings, Nitin Tiwari, Deputy Collector, Bilaspur, has been posted as Manager, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Development Authority. Lokansh Elma, Deputy Collector, Dantewada, has been transferred to Gariyaband, while Madhu Gabhel, Deputy Collector, Sarangarh-Bilaigarh, has been posted to Korba.
The order also provides postings for officers from the 2025 and 2026 batches. Manish Dev Sahu, Deputy Collector, North Bastar Kanker, has been posted as Protocol Officer in the office of the State Protocol Officer, Mantralaya, Nava Raipur. Premulal Sahu, Deputy Collector, Durg, has been posted as Under Secretary, State Election Commission, Nava Raipur, while Govind Kumar Sinha, Deputy Collector, Narayanpur, has been posted as Chief Executive Officer, Chhattisgarh State Waqf Board, Raipur.
