Chhattisgarh Government reconstitutes High Power Certification Scrutiny Committee chaired by Sonmoni Borah

The Chhattisgarh government has reconstituted the seven-member High Power Certification Scrutiny Committee, chaired by the Secretary of the Government of Chhattisgarh, Scheduled Tribe and Scheduled Caste Development Department, Sonmoni Borah.

This committee has been reformed under the authority granted by the Chhattisgarh Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Regulation of Social Status Certification) Act, 2013, superseding a previous notification dated February 21, 2018, from this department.The committee comprises three members, one member secretary, and two nominated members. Committee members include Divya Mishra, Director of Public Instructions, Chhattisgarh; Ramesh Sharma, Director of Land Records; and Narendra Kumar Dugga, Commissioner of Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Castes Development.

Padum Singh Elma serves as the Member Secretary, representing the Director of the Scheduled Tribe Research and Training Institute. The two nominated members are Dr. Anil Virulkar and Rama Uike, both from the Scheduled Tribe Research and Training Institute.
