11 IAS Officers Transferred in Chhattisgarh; Six Districts Get New Collectors

The Chhattisgarh government has announced a major administrative reshuffle, transferring 11 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers. The order includes the appointment of new Collectors in six districts.

Bhaskar Vilas Sandipan has been appointed as the Additional Chief Electoral Officer.

The six districts getting new Collectors are Sarguja, Korba, Dantewada, Sukma, Bemetara, and Narayanpur.

  • Ajit Vasant, who was Collector of Korba, has been appointed as the new Collector of Sarguja.
  • Kunal Dudawat has been transferred from Dantewada to take charge as the Collector of Korba.
  • Devesh Kumar Dhruv has been transferred from Sukma and appointed as the Collector of Dantewada.
  • Amit Kumar has been moved from his post as Commissioner of Bilaspur Municipal Corporation (BMC) to become the Collector of Sukma district.
  • Pratishtha Mamgai has been transferred from Narayanpur and appointed as the Collector of Bemetara.
  • Namrata Jain has been moved from Raipur to take charge as the new Collector of Narayanpur district.

Prakash Kumar Sarve has been appointed as the new Commissioner of the Bilaspur Municipal Corporation, replacing Amit Kumar.

Ranbir Sharma, formerly the Collector of Bemetara, has been given the new responsibility of Managing Director (MD) of the National Health Mission (NHM). Upon him assuming charge, Sanjeev Kumar Jha will be relieved of the additional charge of NHM.

Gajendra Singh Thakur has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dhamtari Zila Panchayat.

Roma Srivastava has been transferred from Dhamtari Zila Panchayat and posted as Deputy Secretary in the State Secretariat.
