Chhattisgarh CM Vishnudeo Sai Holds Crucial Meeting with Senior Leaders Post-Delhi Visit

RaipurChhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudeo Sai convened a significant meeting with senior organizational leaders immediately upon his return from Delhi on Saturday. The agenda included discussions on the anticipated changes in the state cabinet and various corporation boards. However, the Chief Minister officially described this meeting as merely an introductory session with the MPs.When questioned about the timeline for the cabinet reshuffle announcement, CM Sai stated, “It will happen soon. Wait for the right time, the announcement will be made.” According to reliable sources, a legislator may be inducted into Sai’s cabinet after the first week of July. There is also speculation that 4 to 5 leaders could be entrusted with responsibilities in corporation boards and commissions.Post the Delhi meeting, it is believed that decisions regarding the new cabinet members have been finalized, though the official announcement is still pending. During the Delhi discussions, CM Vishnudeo Sai met with BJP National Organization General Secretary BL Santosh and National Co-Organization General Secretary Shiv Prakash. BJP MPs from Chhattisgarh were also present.Additionally, State President Kiran Singh Deo, Union Minister of State Tokhan Sahu, Organization General Secretary Pawan Sai, and Regional Organization General Secretary Ajay Jamwal were in attendance. The meeting witnessed national and senior state leaders engaging in final deliberations on the cabinet reshuffle and some corporation board appointments.Among the names under consideration for the cabinet is Gajendra Yadav. Based on seniority, Rajesh Munat, Amar Agrawal, and Ajay Chandrakar are also being discussed. Furthermore, several legislators are vying for an opportunity to be appointed as ministers. Some of these potential appointees could surprise many, as the BJP has done in the past.The names include Raipur North MLA Purandar Mishra, Pandaria MLA Bhavna Bohra, Kondagaon MLA Lata Usendi, Keshkal MLA Neelkanth Tekam, Basna MLA Sampat Agrawal, and Sitapur MLA Ramkumar Toppo.
