Chhattisgarh Governor Ramen Deka and Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai visited the Shaheed Vatika in the state capital Raipur on Tuesday to mark Police Commemoration Day.
Both dignitaries offered floral tributes at the Amar Jawan Stambh, honouring the police personnel who sacrificed their lives while performing their duty. They paid their respects to the martyrs and expressed solidarity with their families.
The event saw the presence of Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Sharma, MLA Motilal Sahu, Director General of Police (DGP) Arun Deo Gautam, Additional Director General of Police Vivekanand Sinha, and other senior police officers.
