CM Bhupesh Baghel predicts ED action will pick up as Karnataka poll results out

Raipur
Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel predicted that the activities of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the state will gain momentum as Karnataka assembly poll results are out. Apparently pointing towards the BJP leaders, the Chief Minister said that once the people, who are in shock after suffering a massive defeat in Karnataka, overcome it, the ED action will pick up in Chhattisgarh.
The ED officials are also in a dilemma as they are not getting any direction from top cadre.
The central government led by PM Narendra Modi is completing 9 years in power at the Centre and so far the achievement of the government has been the demonetization, said Baghel. Nine years have passed since his tenure, but till date the central government has not been able to tell how much black money has been accumulated in the country.
How many notes were deposited in RBI, that too till date they did not release it. Apart from this, the country suffered huge losses due to the lockdown. How many people lost their lives, how many people lost their jobs. The central government did not release any data on these, said Baghel.
In the 2018 elections in Chhattisgarh, when Bhupesh Baghel was the state president, the Congress got a bumper victory in the state. Regarding the figures this time, the CM said that 68 seats were won and later 3 more were won in the by-poll, taking the total to 71.
The Chief Minister said, “He wants these figure remain intact, but when I go to Bhent-Mulaqat events, the youths there shouts for 75 and I have to respect them. This time we will try to cross 75 in the state.”
