Politics over govt employees’ strike: BJP alleges govt of crusing employees’ rights

The officers and employees have launched an indefinite strike on Monday demanding 43 per cent dearness allowance and house rent allowance at par with centre. Meanwhile, the BJP has attacked the Congress government alleging that the government is trying to supress the movement of employees. Former Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh said, the Congress government is trying to crush the movement of employees by force. Dr Singh said, the employees should not worry as BJP government will fulfill all their demands as soon as it comes to power after one and a half year.
Former minister Brijmohan Agrawal said that there is no need for the employees to be afraid of Bhupesh government and get panic. Now there is not much time left for this government. On the strictness of the police administration on the strike and the imposition of ESMA, Brijmohan said that the government has also betrayed the police of Chhattisgarh.
BJYM to gherao CM House on Aug 24
There will be a big movement of Bharatiya Yuva Morcha on August 24 in protest against unemployment, corruption, law and order and state government’s cheating on youths, said . Yuva Morcha’s state in-charge Nitin Nabin. “I would urge CM Bhupesh Baghel to allow our protest to run democratically. I warn them that they will have to face consequences if they try to stop or harass our movement or BJYM workers,” he said.
