
RAIPUR: District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Raipur organised an awareness rally to encourage public participation for the ULLAS Maha-Chaupal campaign, scheduled on 15 August.
The rally originated from the DIET campus in Shankar Nagar, Raipur, informing citizens about literacy goals and the objectives of the upcoming event. Volunteer teachers and workers visited homes across local neighbourhoods, extending invitations to citizens to attend the Maha-Chaupal.
They motivated illiterate individuals to join the campaign and acquire basic literacy skills.
DIET Principal Jugal Kishor Agrawal, Vice Principal Sangeeta Yadav, ULLAS in-charge Ajay Mishra, academic staff, volunteer teachers, and active workers attended the programme.
