Chhattisgarh CM inaugurates ‘Golden Hour’, ‘SARAL’ digital platforms for smart governance

Raipur: Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has inaugurated two digital platforms—Golden Hour and SARAL—developed by the IIT Bhilai Innovation and Technology Foundation (IBITF) to strengthen digital governance and public service delivery in the state.
The Golden Hour platform modernises emergency healthcare services by connecting Chief Medical and Health Officer (CMHO) offices, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), hospitals and doctors through a single digital network. The system provides real-time ambulance tracking, hospital recommendations based on bed availability, patient handovers, and continuous monitoring of emergency cases to reduce response time during critical situations.
The SARAL (Simplified Access to Raipur’s Administrative Links) platform streamlines administrative processes by providing a digital framework to improve institutional efficiency and speed up citizen services.
Speaking at the event, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai stressed the need to use technology to strengthen governance and public welfare. He said the launch of these platforms reflects the state’s commitment to adopting digital solutions to improve healthcare systems and administrative services.
