CS cracks the whip: Departments told to integrate all online services with Seva Setu, submit updated vacancy reports

Raipur: Chhattisgarh Chief Secretary Bikash Sheel chaired a high-level review meeting with administrative secretaries of all departments at Mahanadi Bhawan and directed officials to prioritize key government works and closely monitor the implementation of welfare schemes.
The Chief Secretary instructed departments to take immediate steps for integrating all government online services into the ‘Seva Setu’ portal.
Reviewing preparations for the upcoming Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly session scheduled from 13 July to 17 July 2026, he directed departments to complete all necessary arrangements and ensure the presence of senior officials during the session.
During the meeting, Bikash Sheel reviewed the progress of major governance portals and schemes, including e-Office, Public Service Guarantee Act (Lok Seva Guarantee), Niyad Nellanar Dashboard, Sughghar Chhattisgarh, PM Pragati Portal, e-Pragati CG State Portal, De-regulation e-Gazette, Seva Setu, MGNREGA, and PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana.
He also directed officials to update the list of vacant posts in various departments and reviewed the status of recruitment processes being conducted through the Staff Selection Board with officials of the General Administration Department.
