The General Administration Department, Chhattisgarh Government, has constituted a four-member search committee to examine the applications received for the post of State Chief Information Commissioner, decide the criteria for the same and recommend the name. The GAD’s issued this order following a court order on a miscellaneous application.
Home Department Additional Chief Secretary will chair the search committee. Three members are panchayat and rural development department principal secretary, tribal ST and ST Development Department principal secretary and GAD secretary.
