Delegation of Chhattisgarh State Health Employees Union meets CM Baghel

Raipur: A delegation of the Chhattisgarh State Health Employees Union paid a courtesy call to chief minister Bhupesh Baghel at his residence office here late on Sunday. The delegation informed the chief minister that the strike commenced from July 4 by the Union has been called off. All the employees who went on strike have returned to their respective jobs. The delegation had a detailed discussion with the chief minister about the demands of the health workers and submitted a memorandum to him in this regard.

Baghel assured that the state government will take necessary action after examination by the chief secretary Amitabh Jain on the demands presented by the delegation. The delegation greeted the Chief Minister by presenting him with a floral bouquet. Deputy Chief Minister T S Singh Deo, Chhattisgarh State Health Employee Union’s State President Alok Mishra, OP Sharma, Ashwani Gurdekar along with senior officials of the departments concerned were present.
