The Chief Minister said that the divisional conference of the party will over on Tuesday with the Ambikapur conference. The conference has taken place in the presence of party state in-charge Kumari Selja and speaker of Legislative Assembly Dr Charandas Mahant.
This has certainly brought enthusiasm among the workers. In the coming days, training camps will be organized by forming separate committees at the block and district level.
Regarding the BJP’s campaign, the Chief Minister said, “Since the time our government was formed, we have been preparing for the elections and constantly touring to different parts of the state and spending time with people. The BJP is doing it now.”
Recently, BJP state president Arun SSao had said that the central government buys paddy from the state. On this, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said the BJP lies continuously. “If you tell a lie a hundred times, it becomes true, it is believed and the BJP has adopted the same policy. The central government buys paddy, but from Haryana, Punjab, here the whole system is of the state government. Whether the central government buys rice or not, the state government will buy paddy from the farmers. The central government only gives 5 kg rice to a family, but we give 35 kg rice,” the Chief Minister said.
BJP’s national president JP Nadda called the Congress a party of nepotism. On this, the Chief Minister countered and said the state from which Nadda comes, Anurag Thakur’s father was a minister, Rajnath Singh’s son is an MLA, Amit Shah’s son is also in office. He should think about his party before pointing finger.
