Teacher Injured During Census Duty in Raipur, Collector Visits Hospital to Ensure Immediate Treatment and Best Medical Care

A government school teacher on census duty was injured during the first phase of the house listing process for Census 2027 in Raipur.

Madhuri Biswas, a teacher at the Mana government school and a census enumerator, sustained serious injuries while performing her duties.

Upon receiving information about the accident, Raipur collector Dr Gaurav Singh instructed the authorities concerned to provide immediate medical assistance.

Following these instructions, Biswas was admitted to MMI Narayana Hospital. Dr Singh visited the hospital to check on her well-being.

He spoke with the doctors to get an update on her treatment and instructed them to ensure she receives the best possible medical care. Doctors said Biswas is currently in a stable condition.

Additional collector Manish Mishra was also present during the visit.
