Raipur: Sanjeev Shukla on Sunday presented commendation certificates to 40 police personnel for their outstanding performance across various wings of the city police. The personnel were from the Anti-Crime and Cyber Unit (ACCU), traffic department, and central zone, and were recognised for their role in crime control and public service.
The awardees included officers and constables who made significant contributions in traffic management, arrest of absconding criminals, and execution of warrants. The commissioner also highlighted their work in cases related to the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, recovery of stolen vehicles, and crimes against women investigations.
During the ceremony, Additional Police Commissioner Amit Kamble, along with all DCPs and Additional DCPs, were present. Commissioner Shukla urged the personnel to continue their duties with the same dedication and responsibility.
The Raipur Police regularly organises such events to encourage personnel and promote a spirit of professional excellence within the force.
