RAIPUR: Administration has halted idol immersion at the Municipal Corporation’s immersion pond near Mahadev Ghat due to a continuous rise in the water level of the Kharun river.
Authorities have issued an appeal to citizens requesting them not to visit the immersion pond near Mahadev Ghat for idol immersion until the situation returns to normal. The immersion process at the site will resume once the water level in the Kharun river recedes.
