Ministry of Coal reviews media and PR plan with subsidiary companies’ heads

Under the chairmanship of Joint Secretary, Ministry of Coal, Sanjeev Kumar Kassi, a review meeting on the media and public relations plan were organised in the Ministry of Coal, New Delhi, today. Public relations heads of various subsidiary companies, including NLC (Neyveli Lignite Corporation Limited), Singareni Collieries Company Limited, Coal India, and SECL, attended. The attendees discussed Branding, PR, communication strategy, social media, etc., and necessary instructions were given. In the meeting, the heads of PR of various coal companies presented the media and public relations activities of the last financial year, through a PowerPoint presentation. Dr Sanish Chandra, Public Relations Officer, attended the meeting on behalf of SECL.
