Raipur: The Personnel Department of South East Central Railway (SECR), Bilaspur Division, will organise the Pensioner Samadhan Shivir 2026 on Monday, August 24, 2026. The camp will be held from 10:30 am to 5:00 pm at the Conference Hall of the Senior Divisional Personnel Officer’s Office in Bilaspur.
The Pensioner Samadhan Shivir aims to resolve pending grievances of retired railway employees and family pensioners. During the camp, officials will address post-retirement settlement dues and pension-related complaints on the spot.
Eligible pensioners must submit their applications along with relevant documents to the Senior Divisional Personnel Officer’s Office, Bilaspur, by Monday, August 17, 2026. The Railway Administration has clarified that applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
The Bilaspur Division Administration has appealed to all eligible pensioners facing pending dues or pension-related issues to submit their applications within the stipulated time to ensure timely resolution.
Applicants must provide details in the prescribed format, including the PPO Number, Full Name, Designation, Last Place of Posting, Department, Office Name, Last Drawn Salary, Date of Retirement/Death, Mobile Number, and Correspondence Address. A photocopy of the PPO and Service Certificate must also be attached with the application.
