Raipur: Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai has congratulated the newly appointed chairpersons, vice-chairpersons, and members of various state boards, commissions, corporations, committees, and other institutions. He expressed confidence that the appointees would play a significant role in strengthening good governance, public welfare, and the vision of a Developed Chhattisgarh.
The state government has issued orders appointing office-bearers to several statutory bodies, welfare boards, and other key institutions. Among the major appointments, Dr. Mamta Sahu has been appointed Chairperson of the Chhattisgarh State Women’s Commission, while Ramlal Chauhan has been named Chairman of the Chhattisgarh State Scheduled Caste Commission. Vedram Manhare has been appointed Vice-Chairman, with Saurabh Singh Jagrut, Durga Maheshwar, and Dayawant Dhar Bandhe inducted as Members.
Sudhir Gautam has been appointed Chairman of the Chhattisgarh State Education Commission, while Gaurishankar Shrivas will head the Chhattisgarh State Hair Craftsmen Welfare Board as Chairman. Devsharan Sen has been appointed a Member of the board.
In other appointments, Anand Nishad has been named Chairman of the Chhattisgarh Fishermen Welfare Board, with Netaram Nishad appointed as a Member. Rajesh Kumar Rajput has been appointed Chairman of the Chhattisgarh Sanskrit Vidya Mandal, Raipur, while Suman Mutha has been inducted as a Member.
The government has also appointed Rajendra Nayak as Chairman of the Shakambhari Board. Basant Patel, Premlal Patel, Santosh Patel, and Prem Patel have been appointed as Members of the board.
Among the other key appointments, Dr. J.P. Sharma has been appointed Vice-Chairman of the Raipur Development Authority (RDA), Kishore Mahanand as Vice-Chairman of the Chhattisgarh Labour Welfare Board, Anand Kumar Tiwari (Rajiv Lochan Das Maharaj) as Vice-Chairman of the Gau Seva Commission, and Mangal Das Thakur as Vice-Chairman of the Chhattisgarh State Scheduled Tribe Commission.
Additionally, Manmath Nath Sharma has been appointed as a Member of the State Commission for Protection of Child Rights, while Prasanna Awasthi has been inducted as a Member of the Chhattisgarh Film Development Corporation.
Congratulating the appointees, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai said he was confident they would discharge their responsibilities with dedication, integrity, and a strong spirit of public service. He expressed hope that their collective efforts would further strengthen good governance, promote public welfare, and accelerate the state’s vision of building a Developed Chhattisgarh.
