Constitutional institutions are being misused by the dictatorial government to malign the image of the country’s honest, loyal, aware and service leader, respected Rahul Gandhi and the Congress party. All respected Congress colleagues under the leadership of respected President Mohan Markam demonstrated in Raipur and submitted a memorandum to His Excellency the Governor. In this program, honorable ministers, honorable MLAs, honorable presidents of corporation board, mayors and presidents of district panchayats and presidents of all city districts and a large number of respected leaders of Congress and workers of Youth Congress, Mahila Congress and NSUI. Students of the Student Leader Seva Dal were present in large numbers.
