CM’s promise fulfilled: Successful surgery of hearing-impaired Varsha in AIIMS Raipur

Raipur: Chief minister Bhupesh Baghel is visiting all the state assembly constituencies under the Bhent Mulaqat program. Varsha Mishra, an eight-year-old girl studying in the 3rd standard, attended the Bhent Mulaqat program in Manendragarh Assembly with her family members. The Chief Minister called Varsha on stage and spoke to her family members. Varsha’s father, Mukesh Mishra, told the Chief Minister that his daughter was hearing-impaired and needed treatment. Chief Minister Baghel had promptly given instructions for Varsha’s treatment. 

Varsha, a resident of Haldibadi Chirimiri, required cochlear implant surgery. In accordance with the instructions of the Chief Minister, Varsha was admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Raipur. The skilled doctors of AIIMS conducted a successful cochlear implant surgery on Varsha. The surgery has completely restored Varsha’s hearing. Varsha’s father, Mukesh Mishra, and other family members are extremely delighted after her successful surgery and have expressed their gratitude to the Chief Minister.
