Director Personnel Debasish Acharya visited Korba Coalfields today. The tour began at Gevra Mega Project where he interacted with the representatives of Area Shram Sangh, Union SC-ST-OBC Association etc. at Gevra House. He then toured Gevra Open Cast Mine and observed the operations. He inspected the Nehru Shatabdi Hospital at Gevra. He inquired about the well-being of the patients and reviewed the facilities available in the hospital. Then, he left for Deepaka.

In the Deepka area, Debasish Acharya met with the department heads, Regional Joint Advisory Committee, Regional Welfare Committee, Regional Security Committee and SISTA/Council members and took stock of the welfare activities.
In conversation with the regional representatives, he listened to the employee demands, problems and suggestions and promised prompt action on the received points.
