Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel blames BJP leaders for continuous ED raids in Chhattisgarh

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Tuesday blamed BJP leaders for continuous ED’s raids in Chhattisgarh hours after the central agency raided several establishments in Bhilai and Raipur including a reputed businessman. He said that there was no section left which was not raided.

The chief minister said that only BJP-ruled states Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Gujarat and Karnataka are so far untouched by the ED. It seems that there is no ED office in these states. As long as the Uddhav government was in Maharashtra, central agencies like ED and CBI were active and as soon as the government changed, ED disappeared from the scene.

The chief minister said that all this is being done at the behest of BJP’s state leaders and national leaders. ED should be fair, he said, adding on the basis of Hindenburg report, Adani whose wealth has decreased by 60%, ED should have raided the group. Security protocol was not followed in Bhima Mandavi murder case: CM
