Economic survey of Chhattisgarh government present in the assembly

The per capita income of the state has now increased to one lakh 33 thousand annually. Whereas the GDP is 8%, which is 1% more than the country’s GDP, as Minister Amarjeet Bhagatpresented the economic survey of Chhattisgarh government on the third day of the Chhattisgarh assembly session on Friday.
A 5.93% growth in agriculture sector, 7.83% growth in industry sector, and 9.29% growth in services sector have been reported.
The per capita income is one lakh 33000, an increase of 10.93% as compared to last year.
Earlier, the issues of demands of Anganwadiworkers echoed during Zero Hour of the proceedings. BJP MLA Shivratan Sharma vehemently raised the issue of women sitting on dharna for compassionate appointment shaving their heads and demanded an adjournmentmotion.

A heated debate was witnessed between Dharamlal Kaushik and Health Minister TS Singhdeo during the Question Hour. Kaushikalleged corruption in Durg by messing up the documents for the purchase of medical machinery and demanded an inquiry. Singhdeoreplied that all the documents will be made available, there is no need for investigation.
MLA Saurabh Singh asked that how much revenue was received from the Excise Department? Annual information was sought about how much revenue has been received from the Excise Department for the last 3 financial years and the current financial year till February 6, 2023.
According to the figure that came out in response to this, Rs 5 thousand 5 hundred 25 crore 99 lakh revenue has come into the government’s account from the sale of liquor in the state. This figure is from April 1 2022 to February 6, 2023.
On the third day of the budget session of the Legislative Assembly, questions were asked on the issue of Chhattisgarh Olympics, KheloIndia, health facilities in the state, Livelihood College, technical education and employment.
