Additionally, it has been stated that comments made about the Governor will not be tolerated. According to the Speaker, any derogatory remarks about the Governor violate House decorum.
While the ruling party raised the issue of not signing the reservation bill in the House, the opposition questioned the report of the Quantifiable Data Commission not being presented in the House, leading to a heated argument between the ruling party members and the opposition members.
The Speaker also administered the oath of office to Savitri Mandavi, the newly elected Bhanupratappur MLA widow of former Deputy Speaker Manoj Mandavi.
Members of the House expressed their condolences on the death of ex-MLA Mangalaram Usendi, father of former Chhattisgarh Minister Lata Usendi. Leader of the Opposition Narayan Chandel expressed condolences and paid tribute to him.

The Leader of the Opposition, Narayan Chandel, said that they demand the government discuss conversion, which has become a grave issue in this state.
Meanwhile, the state government can pass a strict law to stop online gaming and the Satta app. It can table the bill in this session. The bill will have a provision for a fine of Rs 10 lakh and a punishment of up to 7 years. On average, the police catch 2,000 bookies and gamblers every year. International gangs are also involved in this, but the police cannot take any strict action against them other than the restrictive section, i.e., Section 151, and the accused are released from the police station.
