Digital Jeevan Pramaan Patra Campaign 5.0 Launched for Railway Pensioners in Bilaspur Division

Raipur: South East Central Railway’s Bilaspur Division has launched special camps to assist railway pensioners and family pensioners under the nationwide Digital Jeevan Pramaan Patra Campaign 5.0.
The campaign is being conducted from November 1 to November 30, 2026, in accordance with directives issued by the Railway Board. The initiative aims to create awareness about digital procedures and enable pensioners to submit their Digital Life Certificates from their homes or other convenient locations.
Under the guidance of Divisional Railway Manager Rakesh Ranjan, Bilaspur Division is organizing special camps from November 3 to November 25, 2026. These camps are being conducted on all working days at the Pension Section of the DRM Office, Central Hospital, Bilaspur, and at 10 major railway stations across the division on designated dates.
As part of the campaign, camps were organized at Anuppur Railway Station on November 3 and Pendra Road Railway Station on November 4. Railway pensioners and family pensioners were provided with facilities to generate online digital life certificates through Aadhaar-based Face Authentication technology.
Along with digital services, a medical team from the Sub-Divisional Railway Hospital, Shahdol, and the Road Mobile Medical Van provided healthcare facilities at the camp venues. Pensioners received free health check-ups, blood pressure and blood sugar screenings, and medical consultations.
The initiative brings multiple facilities under one roof, including digital life certificate generation, technical assistance, and healthcare services. The campaign is aimed at making essential services more accessible and convenient for retired railway employees and their families.
