Raipur. Health and Panchayat Minister TS Singhdeo reached the Science College ground this evening to observe the preparations being made for Rahul Gandhi’s arrival in the state.

Here, along with the officers of the Health Department and Panchayat and Rural Development Department, he gave necessary guidelines after visiting the exhibition and models of departmental achievements.
