The Enforcement Directorate on Thursday interrogated an officer and five businessmen in coal levy scam while continuing its action on the third day. Sources said that the ED may produce them in the Special Court in Raipur on Thursday evening keeping in view tight security arrangements made in the court premises.
After their production in the court, the ED may seek their custody for further questioning. It is to be mentioned, the court premises have been converted into a high security zone increasing the possibility of the production of the officer and businessmen in the court. Media has been prohibited from entering the court premises, sources said.
