Raipur: Chief minister Bhupesh Baghel has extended hearty greetings to people of the state on the occassion of Saint Kabir’s birth anniversary on June 14. In his message, Baghel has said that Saint Kabir Saheb’s philosophy of life is relevant in every era. He gave the message of brotherhood, love, goodwill and social equality through his couplets. He strongly opposed the discrimination in the society. Through his couplets, he hit hard on social evils and inspired people to adopt human values such as truth, non-violence, kindness, compassion, benevolence. In Chhattisgarh as well, the philosophy of Saint Kabir has had a profound impact on the lives of people. He said that the teachings of Saint Kabir will continue to show us the right path for generations to come.
