Minister T S Singhdeo dedicates bridge,perform bhumipujan for new constructions worth crores
Sarguja:Panchayat and Rural Development and Health Minister T S Singhdeoon Sunday visited several villages of Udaipur development block in Surguja district and dedicated 105 metre long bridge costing Rs 3.97 crore over Rend river on Matringa-Maraiya road near Kudarbaswarvillage. Singhdeo performed Bhoomipujan of new Panchayat buildings to be constructed at cost of Rs 1.65 crore in nine gram panchayats of Udaipur block. The cost of each building will be Rs 18.30 lakh. He also performed Bhumipujanof various construction works worth Rs 46.40 lakh in MLA Adarsh village Bhakuram.
Singhdeo listened to the problems of the people by organising ‘chaupals’ at village Mudgaon, Kudarbaswar, Lalati and Devtikra. He directed the officers to solve the problems related to them at the earliest. On the demand of the villagers, Singhdeo asked to issue forest rights letter as per rules by getting the claims of forest rights letter re-examined. He distributed seeds for farming in villages, Ayushman card and cycles to girl students under Saraswati Cycle Yojana.
Self-tested BP and sugar in health camp
Health Minister Shri Singhdev got his own blood pressure and sugar checked at a health camp organized at Mudgaon. He also asked the villagers to get their BP and sugar checked. He directed the officers to organize health camps regularly in the villages.
