Raigarh:Chhattisgarh Health Minister T S Singhdeo reached the residence of Martyr Col Viplav Tripathi in Raigarh and paid tributes to him on Sunday. Singhdeo garlanded the portraits of Col Viplav, his wife and son. The health minister also consoled the family members of the Col Viplav.
