44th free Yoga Practice Center started in Saddu
Raipur: Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission Chairman Gyanesh Sharma inaugurated the 44th Free Yoga Practice Center at Vrindavan Garden in the Saddu area of the capital city, Raipur. The programme was presided over by Pankaj Sharma, the Chairman of the District Cooperative Bank in Raipur, and Ward Parshad Sushila Dhivar. On this occasion, Sharma also planted a sapling in the garden.
Gyanesh Sharma stated that the Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission is dedicated to raising awareness about health and well-being among the public through these free yoga classes. Not only are people finding relief from their ailments through yoga, but they are also taking proactive steps to prevent health issues. The commission has been actively promoting yoga in Chhattisgarh since its establishment, fostering a strong connection between people and the practice of yoga. Furthermore, there is an upcoming event of the Golden Book of World Records scheduled for next week in Raipur.
Pankaj Sharma stated the significance of yoga in our lives and encouraged its integration into our daily routines. Parshad Sushila Dhivar expressed her joy at the inauguration of a yoga class in her ward. On this occasion, yoga instructors Chhabi Ram Sahu and Jyoti Sahu conducted a yoga practice session.
