North Bastar Kanker: ‘Hamar Lakshya Abhiyan’: Motivational workshop for meritorious students

North Bastar Kanker: Continuous efforts are being made by the district administration to ensure better results for students in class 10th and 12th board exams, for this “Hamar Lakshya Abhiyan” has been started. Motivational classes are being organized for students who can make it to the merit list and extra classes are being organized for average students. 

A motivational workshop was organized for meritorious students at the Charama development block headquarters on Tuesday, in which class 10th and 12th students participated. Addressing the workshop, collector Dr. Priyanka Shukla asked the students to set goals for getting success in the exams and always study in a happy and cheerful mood. She urged the students to always do their best and keep in mind that they are studying for a better future. She also stressed the importance of revision saying that the students should revise the taught course again and again.

She added that no subject is bad and they can achieve their goals by focussing on the subject of their interest. She suggested the class 12th Mathematics students to appear in the JEE exam. She also shared her experience with the students regarding time management for studies, and also advised all the students to sleep for a good 06 to 07 hours. Encouraging the students, Collector Dr. Shukla said that “no goal is bigger than the courage of a man and the one who does not fight gets defeated.” The collector explained to all the students to revise what was taught by the teachers in the school at home again and again.

Zila Panchayat Chief Executive Officer Sumit Agarwal, Charama SDM Rakesh Golcha, and District Education Officer Bhuvan Jain were also present in the workshop.
