16 young scientists from Chhattisgarh will participate in the National Children’s Science Congress
Raipur: Young scientists from Chhattisgarh will participate in the National Children’s Science Congress to be held in Ahmedabad. These children have been selected for the State Level Children’s Science Congress which was held in Raipur. The names of young scientists have been announced on the concluding day of the state-level event organized by the Chhattisgarh Council of Science and Technology.
Addressing the concluding day of the State Level Children’s Science Congress, the Director General of Chhattisgarh Council of Science and Technology, Dr. S. Karmakar, said that this event helps the children to harness their creativity and innovative thinking to reach the result. Children should be always motivated and encouraged to do better in the field of research.
Vice Chancellor of Pt. Ravi Shankar University, Prof. KL Verma said that this event is commendable for developing a scientific temperament in children. It is noteworthy that this year the National Children’s Science Congress was organized from December 1 to 3 on the theme of “Ecosystem, health and well-being”, many innovations and research works were presented by child scientists at this event.
Meanwhile, out of a total of 1305 projects from 26 districts, 130 projects were presented in offline and virtual mode at the state level. Out of these 16 projects were selected to participate in the National Children’s Science Congress. Young scientists from Chhattisgarh state participating in the National Children’s Science Congress to be held in Ahmedabad are as follows: Priyansh Bhaduri, Nandita Kewat, Rupshikha Sahu, Disha Sahu, Priyanshu Patel, Radhika Kanwar, Bhumika Joshi, Anvika Gupta, Koram Samuel, Maheshwar Sahoo, Jhanvi Thakur, Kiran Kanwar, Khushi Jha, Manohar Baghel, Radhika, and Ananya Singh.
