Chhattisgarh government issues instruction for New Year gatherings.

Raipur. The General Administration Department of Chhattisgarh has issued instructions regarding festivals and programs on New Year to control Covid-19 and new variant Omicron. The total number of participants in any gathering or festival must be fifty percent of the total. The rules are to be strictly followed.

The threat of Covid-19 and the new variant Omicron is increasing across the country. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has appealed to the people of the state to take caution and vigilance to prevent infection. He has said that strict adherence to the Covid protocol is necessary for every person, so that he/she can keep himself and his family and society safe from infection.
