SECL CMD Dr Prem Sagar Mishra’s tenure as Chairman-cum-Managing Director of the company has been extended. The Appointment Committee of the Cabinet has issued an approval order in this regard. He will now hold the post of CMD SECL till his superannuation on 31st January 2025.Under the leadership of Dr. Mishra, SECL had recorded the highest increase in coal production in a single year in the last financial year, while in the current financial year, SECL has touched the figure of fastest 50 MT dispatch and production since the company’s inception.Shri Mishra has also been the CMD of Eastern Coalfields (ECL).Public Relations OfficerSECL
