Chhattisgarh CM foresees Cabinet blend of experience and fresh faces in imminent announcement

RaipurChhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai stated on Monday that the Cabinet would consist of a mix of experienced and new faces and is expected to be announced soon. The Chief Minister made this statement upon his arrival at Raipur airport on Monday morning after meeting Union Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP National President J P Nadda in Delhi on Sunday evening.“The formation of the Cabinet in Chhattisgarh is anticipated soon, with a blend of new faces and experienced individuals. The Cabinet will witness the addition of new legislators alongside existing and seasoned figures,” Sai informed reporters at the airport. Sai mentioned his meeting with BJP’s national president and the home minister on Sunday evening in Delhi, centered around specific schemes to be launched at the ministerial level and within the state.In terms of paddy procurement, Sai assured that farmers would be paid Rs 3100 per quintal in accordance with Prime Minister Modi’s guarantee. The procurement would be up to 21 quintals per acre of paddy from the farmers.Sai also met BJP Chhattisgarh in-charge Om Mathur and co-incharge Nitin Nabin in Delhi, along with both Deputy Chief Ministers – Arun Sao and Vijay Sharma.The potential names considered for inclusion in the cabinet are Brijmohan Agrawal, Vikram Usendi, Kedar Kashyap, Ramvichar Netam, Dharamlal Kaushik, O P Choudhary, Rajesh Munat, Amar Agrawal, Doman Lal Korselvada, Renuka Singh, and Ajay Chandrakar.Regarding paddy procurement, Sai emphasized that farmers selling paddy would receive the assured price as per Modi’s guarantee, with payment of Rs 3100 per quintal and procurement of 21 quintals per acre.Vishnu Dev Sai took the oath as the fourth Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh on December 13. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, along with several Union ministers and chief ministers, graced the occasion.
