Notably, the BJP’s ‘Modi’s Guarantee 2023’ manifesto pledged this disbursement among its 20 promises.Vijay Baghel, head of the BJP Manifesto Committee, engaged 200,000 individuals to shape the manifesto, revealing that a team of 35 members formulated it between August 3 and November 3, as shared during the manifesto’s media release on November 2.During the manifesto launch, Amit Shah assured citizens of Chhattisgarh that the state would attain full development in the upcoming five years.
