He names Congress leaders responsible for his death

Bilaspur police booked Congress corporator, sarpanch and another for abetting an engineer businessman commit suicide in Sakri police station area of the city. The engineer committed suicide six days back by writing a suicide note in the name of the superintendent of police narrating the reaons behind his suicide. He blamed these public representatives who are into moneylending business and harassing people for the recovery.
Despite the complaint, no action was taken against him due to political interference, forcing the engineer to commit suicide, he wrote in the suicide note.
Rishabh Nigam had written a six-page suicide note in the name of SP, which has been seized by the police. He has written that four lakh rupees were borrowed by him from one JitendraMishra. In lieu of this, Jitendra used to charge 40 thousand rupees interest every week. Rishabh had also borrowed four lakh rupees from Congress leader and ward number one councilor Amit Bharate in different installments. Against this, Rishabhused to pay 10 percent interest per month against Rs 3 lakh and 10 percent interest per day against Rs 1 lakh.
The engineer, who was running an electrical shop, said in his suicide note that he got upset by paying interest to the moneylenders. Unable to pay the interest, the moneylenders got his wife’s jewelery mortgaged.
Rishabh was a resident of Asma City. In the suicide note, he narrated the mental torture he was suffering from. He urged the police to punish them all.
After recording the suicide note of the engineer and the statement of his wife Shruti Nigam, the police registered a case of abetment of suicide and loan act against accused Congress leader and councilor Amit Bharate, sarpanch Sandeep Mishra and Jitendra Mishra. After receiving the postmortem report, the police sent the engineer’s suicide note to handwriting expert for investigation.
