Bilaspur:The Supreme Court of India has asked the Chhattisgarh government, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and other respondents for the response on a special leave petition (SLP) filed by Director of Directorate of Enforcement in the multi-crore Chhattisgarh Nagrik Apurti Nigam (NAN) scam, occurred during the tenure of previous government in the state. The Apex Court heard the SLP through video conferencing yesterday.
A three-judge bench of the Apex Court comprising Chief Justice N V Ramana, Justice Surya Kant and Justice HimaKohli issued the notice to the respondents IAS Anil Tuteja, Alok Shukla, Chhattisgarh government and CBI in the case.

The respondents have been permitted to file counter affidavits within 10 days in this case. The next hearing of the case will be held after 10 days.
