Following the recommendation of Chhattisgarh High Court, the principal secretary of Chhattisgarh’s law and legislative affairs department has terminated the service of Additional district and sessions judge of Jashpur district.
Ganesh Ram Barman was a member of Chhattisgarh Higher Judicial Services and he was posted at Jashpur. The High Court has recommended the termination of the service of the Additional district and sessions judge (FTC), Barman, to the state government after an investigation into his service period.
An order to this effect has been issued by principal secretary, law and legislative affairs, Ram Kumar Tiwari.
