Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel inaugurated the newly constructed building of Agricultural Engineering College in Jora area adjoining the capital Raipur. During this, Chief Minister visited the virtual classroom. At the same time, he took information from the experts present about the new technologies being used in the agriculture sector.
It may be mentioned that till now the Agricultural Engineering College was functioning in the building of the College of Technology. A new building has been constructed for the College of Agricultural Engineering at a cost of Rs.6.23 crore in an area of 5430 square meters near Indira Gandhi Agricultural University. This newly constructed building has 8 class rooms, 1 modern virtual classroom, 11 laboratories, 2 conference halls, 400 square meters of workshop as well as an administrative section.
