We are eagerly awaiting to see the face of BJP in Chhattisgarh ahead of assembly elections, says CM Bhupesh Baghel

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Friday said that they are eagerly awaiting to know the face of the BJP in Chhattisgarh. “No issue if BJP projects Arun Sao as the chief ministerial candidate CM. We are also waiting to see the face of BJP in the assembly election,” the Chief Minister said while talking to reporters before leaving for Patan.
There is no influence of the Third Front in Chhattisgarh, the chief minister said. He predicted a direct battle between the two national political parties.
On the statement of BJP leader Ajay Chandrakar, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel hit back and said whether Chandrakar has been given any responsibility in the elections.
BJP Chhattisgarh in-charge Om Mathur has become everything for the BJP. Mathur is seen everywhere. BJP was defeated in 2018, will lose in this election also, the chief minister said.
Regarding the visit of Home Minister Amit Shah to Durg on June 22, Chief Minister Baghel said that he is coming on a tour of his home district and he is welcomed. If he does election campaign for the BJP, then it is fine. Congress has no problem. The visit of big leaders of BJP will not have any effect on the results of Congress.
On BJP’s question on the naming of VIP road, Chief Minister Baghel said that BJP does not have any issue. BJP leaders stand together in the name of Gandhi. In Chhattisgarh, from Bastar to Surguja, there are names of local leaders. The BJP has a problem with the Gandhi-Nehru family. Members of the Modi cabinet stand in line against Rahul Gandhi.
