India, New Zealand team reaches Raipur, Fans gave a rousing welcome

Raipur: India and New Zealand teams reached Raipur by special charter plane at around 6 pm today. Sports enthusiasts gave a rousing welcome to the players on their arrival as well as on the way from the airport to the hotel.

Upon their arrival at the hotel, the players of Team India and New Zealand were accorded a warm welcome with “Rajkiya Gamcha”, which they put on their shoulders for a long time.

Team India captain Rohit Sharma, all-rounder Hardik Pandya, bowler Mohammad Siraj, fast bowler Umran Malik, wicket-keeper batsman Ishan Kishan, batting coach Vikram Rathor and many other players wore this gamcha.
