Raipur: The second Special Summary Revision (SSR) of the Voter List in the state will commence on August 2. The Chief Electoral Office will organise a ‘Walkathon’ in Raipur on August 2, urging the citizens to enrol and actively participate in the democratic process.
CEO Chhattisgarh Reena Babasaheb Kangale urged people, including youth, women, senior citizens, persons with disabilities, the third gender community, NGOs, and government officials and employees, to participate in the walkathon on August 2, starting at 7 a.m. from Gandhi Udyan Chowk situated in G.E. Road and finishing at Shaheed Smarak Bhawan.
