Saif Ali Khan Attack Case: Durg RPF arrests suspect from Gyaneshwari Express, Mumbai Police to interrogate

A suspect has been apprehended from Chhattisgarh in connection with the attack on Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan. Acting on inputs from the Mumbai Police, the Durg RPF has detained him from the Gyaneshwari Express. The suspect has been identified as Akash.
According to Durg RPF TI SK Sinha informed that the RPF had been searching for him on several trains. During this, he was apprehended from the Gyaneshwari Express. The Durg RPF has taken the accused into their custody. The RPF TI said that the Mumbai Police is coming to Durg. They will interrogate him.
The Gyaneshwari Express had arrived in Durg from Mumbai. The express train reached Durg around 1:30 pm. It is being told that the suspect was sitting in a general compartment. The suspect was identified based on a photo sent from Mumbai.
Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan was attacked with a knife at his home in Mumbai late Wednesday night. The incident took place around 2:30 am on Wednesday night on the 12th floor of Guru Sharan Apartment in Khar, Mumbai. In this attack, the actor was stabbed 6 times in the neck, back, hand, and head. The injured Saif was taken to Lilavati Hospital in the night itself, where he is undergoing treatment.
