Senior Superintendent of Police, Raipur, Santosh Kumar Singh, has achieved a significant academic milestone as the Governor of Chhattisgarh, Ramen Deka, Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai conferred upon him the doctorate degree at the second convocation ceremony of Hemchand Yadav University in Durg on Wednesday.  The SSP completed his research work on the subject related to United Nations peace efforts under the guidance of Dr Sunita Mishra, Head of the Department of Political Science at Government Naveen College, Bhilai, and Assistant Director Dr. Pramod Yadav, Head of the Department of Political Science at Seth RCS Arts and Commerce College, Durg.
