The Prime Minister remarked that the visible development in Chhattisgarh can be found either in banners or in the treasure chests of Congress leaders, implying that corruption has been rampant under their rule. He called for a change in government, asserting that only then can actions be taken against the corrupt individuals.
Modi urged the people to vote for the BJP in the upcoming assembly elections, symbolized by the lotus button, to bring about the desired change and see tangible development on the ground.

The Prime Minister said that Chhattisgarh has become a fortress of corruption under Congress rule.
The state received a 25,000-crore rupee gift in the form of a Nagarnar Steel Plant, which will provide jobs to over 50,000 youths, but Congress leaders were absent, the Prime Minister said.
Modi criticized the Congress for sending those demanding their rights to jail. He alleged that Congress has made a secret agreement with foreign forces and is controlled by individuals linked to anti-national forces.
Modi stressed that the first right to the country’s resources belongs to the poor. The BJP government has increased spending on infrastructure by 10 lakh crore rupees this year.
The Nagarnar Steel Plant is expected to provide employment to more than 50,000 youths in the state, he said, adding the state has received economic corridors and modern highways.
New rail infrastructure will facilitate transportation of agriculture, farming, and forest products, he said. Doubling of the Jagdalpur-Raipur rail line will make transportation easier for the people.
He said that all stations in Chhattisgarh will undergo renovation in the coming years. Free Wi-Fi service has been provided at railway stations in Chhattisgarh in the last nine years.
Modi asserted that if the BJP government comes to power, no corrupt person will be spared.
Moreover, significant investment has been made in the steel plant, ensuring employment for the youth, with plans to increase capacity in the future, he said.
Modi accused Congress of aiming to loot Chhattisgarh’s wealth and exploiting its mineral resources.
He highlighted the inclusion of 90 crops under MSP (Minimum Support Price) and the need to prevent the exploitation of tribals. Modi claimed that every grain of rice from Chhattisgarh is bought by the Central government.
He mentioned the provision of free treatment worth 5 lakh rupees and increased India’s global prestige under his government.
Modi criticized Congress for accommodating the children of its leaders and officers in jobs, apparently indicating towards alleged PSC scam in Chhattisgarh.
The Prime Minister concluded his speech by reiterating his commitment to ensuring that those involved in PSC (Public Service Commission) scams would not be spared.
